Many businesses operate short term email campaigns. These campaigns may be specific sales offers or competitions.

Until now it has been necessary to create new email addresses to support each campaign. There are costs incurred every time an address is added or removed. The internal or external network support organisation have to become involved to carry out these changes and then to manage de-fragmentation after removing the mailbox. These changes not only add direct cost, they also add delays and often require the purchase of additional server licenses.

eemerge removes these issues. All Mail can be directed to a single email address for example quiz@abc.com.  Simple rules then separate mail for each campaign, forwarding on to the relevant person as email, as a daily summary or placed as a data file to be processed automatically.
